Bekal - Wayanad

Explore two beautiful and off the beaten track of North Kerala. Arrival at Mangalore Airport. Our person will meet you and will transfer you to Bekal. Remainder of day at leisure . In evening explore Bekal beach.
After breakfast visit Bekal Fort. Spreading in an area of 40 Acre, Bekal Fort is the largest fort in Kerala. From Bekal Fort one can capture a commanding view of the crescent shaped coastline of Bekal beach. In the evening visit Kappil and Chembirika beaches. Dinner and overnight at resort.
Post breakfast proceed for Wayanad. On the way enjoy the scenic view of Western Ghat. By afternoon reach at Wayanad. On arrival check in resort. Post lunch at leisure. Dinner and overnight at resort.
Post breakfast visit Banasura Sagar Dam it is largest earth dam in India and second largest of its kind in Asia. Here one can enjoy a speed boat ride with picturesque views of green mountains. Post lunch visit Meenmutty waterfall. By evening reach at resort. Dinner and overnight at resort.
Post breakfast there will be the option to trek to Chembra peak or if they wish to explore mysterious places guest have option to visit Edakkal caves or they can take thrilling bamboo rafting experience and visit Kuruva Island. By evening return to resort. Dinner and overnight at resort.
Post breakfast proceed for Bangalore Airport.
Winter (October – February) – Best Time:
During these months morning and evening remain cold while afternoon becomes pleasant.
Summer (March – May) – Good Time:
In these months on clear sunny days morning and evening remain pleasant while afternoon becomes slightly warmer here if skies turn cloudy it may bring mercury level very low and eventually turn afternoon cold..
Monsoon (June – September) – Not so Good Time:
During these months both Bekal and However sometimes your local sightseeing and excursions plans may hamper due to incessant rainfall and rapid windy conditions.

Mangalore Airport is the nearest airport to Bekal which is around 95 Kms to Malabar Ocean front resort and Bengaluru Airport is around 355 Kms from Malabar Ocean front resort.
Karipur International Airport at Kozikode is the closest Airport to Wayanad (100 Kms) while Cochin International Airport is around 247 Kms and Kempegowda International Airport at Bengaluru is around 320 Kms from Wayanad.
BY RAIL:
Kasargod is the nearest railway station to Bekal.
Kozhikode railway station is the closest railhead(110 kms) to Waynad, which is well connected with other major cities of India:New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, etc
BY ROAD:
Both Bekal and Wayanad are well connected by road to other metro cities of India.
